RETURN POLICY
We at Central Build Pro Sdn Bhd assist clients who hope to return or swap goods purchased from our online store.
When returning our items, all items for return or exchange must be marked by our Customer Service team at centralbuildpro@gmail.com.
Return or Exchange of Faulty Goods
- In addition to the manufacturer's guarantees for selected products, Central Build Pro Sdn Bhd and its suppliers offer a guarantee of reasonable quality for each product. You are eligible to a substitute or refund for a significant loss. You are therefore entitled to have the goods fixed or replaced if the products are not of reasonable quality, but the fault is not a significant failure.
- We suggest that you keep your receipt, as we may ask for proof that you have bought the item from us. Our Customer Support team should be able to inform you if refunds, transfers, fixes or replacements are eligible.
Exchange of Non-Faulty Goods
- A valid receipt (7 days from the purchase date or delivery)
- Exchange should take place at the original purchase store
- Consumers must exchange products with the same or higher value
- There is no refund of cash or credit card, but only exchanges for other items are allowed
- All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in their saleable condition
- All free gifts, coupons or products related to the purchase must also be returned at the same time
Exchange of Non-Faulty Goods Policy Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot give exchanges on the following products:
- Cementitious products
- Construction steel bars or industrial metal products
- Timber and related products
- Selected shelf-life products
- Special order or custom-made products
- Any product(s) specifically cut to size at your request
- Paint
*Please be advised that there are goods / products that are strictly non-refundable due to the content of the product, the guidelines for use, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other related characteristics. Each product / good may vary accordingly. At Central Build Pro Sdn Bhd, we are taking this great step to ensure the highest quality of goods / products for all customers.
